Beautiful decor and great spa. Fire pit awkwardly overlooks rooms instead of river.

Strongly recommend for a short stint
Spacious room, beautiful views, the river view Premier King room offered a tranquil atmosphere and included excellent Wi-Fi access to stay connected while having easy access to New York City via the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby train station.

Beautiful property with stunning views of the Hudson River. The renovation shows incredible attention to detail, making the atmosphere feel luxurious. The room was spacious, particularly the King Room with Lake View. The brunch and dinner at the restaurant were enjoyable, although breakfast options lacked consistency. Had a lovely time hiking the nearby trails and taking in the gorgeous fall foliage, adding a nice touch to the stay. Unfortunately, the spa experience didn’t meet expectations. It felt inconsistent. while one of us had an excellent massage, the other found it disappointing. The lack of additional amenities like a pool or jacuzzi for the price felt like a missed opportunity. Also, the noise level in the mornings disrupted our relaxation. On a couple of occasions, the front desk staff wasn't as helpful as hoped, especially when we needed assistance with taxi arrangements. Overall, the building and grounds are remarkable, but services need improvements to match the price point.

gorgeous views, nice bathroom, stunning gardens
Incredibly overpriced!!! No ice available, limited room service, and the food ruined by the time we tried to take dessert home. left it inedible!!! A pool or more amenities would have been nice!!!

The building is amazing and the landscaping is
gorgeous. I thoroughly enjoyed the views from my room and the peaceful atmosphere during my two-night stay. However, the lack of detailed information about ongoing maintenance issues with the AC was disappointing.

The room was very nice—clean and had a gorgeous view. The only letdown was the awkwardness during the spa appointment with gratuity. Overall, great vibe though! 🌟
